St. Vincent’s Healthcare System; Cathedral Health; Archdiocese of Newark: As Chief Executive Officer of St. Vincent’s Healthcare System, Henry served as CEO during the realignment of a $1 billion corporation, managing the largest landmark approval in American history, which, in turn, paved the way for one of the largest real estate developments in Lower Manhattan and the preservation of St. Vincent’s historic property. In New Jersey, Henry did similar repositioning work with Cathedral Health and the Archdiocese of Newark.
Jersey City Redevelopment Authority: Having served as the General Counsel to the Jersey City Redevelopment Authority, the oldest and busiest agency of its kind in the United States, Henry brings a unique expertise in managing complex transactions between developers, municipalities and public authorities with large portfolios, diverse financing structures and within an intricate regulatory environment. Henry has assisted clients with real estate acquisition for properties not available on the open market and has also been involved in the construction of strategy for managing properties, as well as the selection of management.
